What happens after payment?
After PayPal verifies your subscription, complete the account setup steps and enter your Learning Lab. Use the same email for your membership and learning records.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime; no questions asked. Subscriptions renew at the selected billing interval until canceled.
What is the difference between a profile and a device?
A profile belongs to one learner and contains that person’s private progress and reports. Each profile supports up to three registered personal devices.
Do all memberships include the same core benefits?
Yes. Individual, Learning Circle and Learning Team provide the same core Lab experience. The difference is the number of separate member profiles. Personalized passage generation is subject to usage allowances; exam-specific Performance Tracks are separate optional add-ons.
Is the Lab only for exam preparation?
No. The core program supports students, professionals and lifelong learners who want to develop reading, comprehension, memory, focus and productivity.
Can my organization enroll more than five people?
